Bookings:

To secure your preferred appointment date and time, we kindly request a 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking. You can conveniently make this deposit using Cash, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, or Invoice. We want to ensure we can accommodate you, so please ensure the deposit is paid within 24 hours of booking to confirm your appointment. Your deposit is your way of saying “Let’s make magic!” and it aligns you with our Vatt Media Marketing policies. For collaborations or creative projects without a financial transaction, just a heads up, we keep the rights to the photos we create.

Payment:

Before we dive into capturing your amazing moments, we’ll need the session payment in full. You can easily take care of this before or right after the shoot using Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we can’t accept checks at the moment. And a little heads up, if you’re more than 15 minutes late, there’s a small $20 surcharge—so let’s keep things timely and smooth.

No Refund Policy:

Thank you for choosing our services. We strive to provide the highest quality service to all our clients. Please be aware that once payment has been submitted, it is considered final, and we are unable to offer refunds for any services rendered. The funds received are crucial in helping us bring your vision to life and ensuring the sustainability of our operations. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional results. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Cancellations:

Life happens, and if you need to cancel your photo session, your initial deposit acts as a cancellation fee. Just give us a heads-up 72 hours before the scheduled session, and we can credit that deposit towards a future session or give you a half refund. If you can’t let us know within 24 hours of the session, we’ll miss you, but we won’t be able to refund the deposit. The good news is you can reschedule within the next 3 months for free, based on our availability and yours. However, if cancellations become a pattern, we might have to reconsider future appointments. Also, sometimes unexpected things happen, like fires, acts of nature, or other unforeseen circumstances. If that affects our ability to shoot, we’ll gladly return your deposit and discuss the next steps.

F.A.Q

Timeframes:

We’ll swiftly provide your initial proofs within 1-5 days of your session. During graduation season, it may be extended up to 5-10 days. Edited images typically take 5-14 business days from your selection, unless rush edits are chosen. Video work is a priority after the initial photo package and generally takes 10-20 business days, maxing out at 30 days.

Creative Shoots:

For our artistic shoots, there’s no specific time limit if they’re complimentary. Usually, you can expect the final results within 1-2 months.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, it’s free if we’re both available. If it is colliding with another booking then a $25 fee is applied.

Editing Details:

“Edited” means enhancing photos for color, blemish removal, and more. Body modifications are only done with the premium edits add-on.

Travel and Company:

We’re up for travel! Bring 2-4 people for outdoor shoots, and 2-5 for indoor sessions. Feel free to bring your whole crew for outdoor fun!

1 The Content Creator agrees to produce what is described in the project description at the request of the client. These files will be delivered in its applicable formats such as: “.png, .pdf, .jpeg, .mov, .mp4”.

2 This contract covers XX Hours of work. Any further time/ rounds of revisions may exceed hours agreed upon but client will be notified prior to going over hours if applicable.

3 Client agrees to pay 100% of the total project unless told to pay dibefore any workable files are delivered.

4 Any requests declared within 1 week of their respective deadline are subject to a rush fee of $X/Hour. Any expenses exclusive of normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be billed separately. Examples of such expenses are: printing cost, phone and in-person consult, and travel.

5 Both parties understand the Client and Content Creator may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, Client is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed that is determined by the Content Creator.

6 Upon delivery, Client retains full responsibility of provided files. Content Creator is not responsible for storage and safekeeping of files after delivery.

7 Unless strict confidentiality is requested by Client in advance of the establishment of this contract, the Content Creator can display materials and final work created for Client.
